At Siraats Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and home essentials. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our kitchen specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
